The application gives the Project creator the possibility to publish a dataset within the Data Portal. This functionality is available both from the Project Dashboard and from the Project Detail view. To publish a dataset, you need to:

1. click on the appropriate project record within the List of Projects



2. click on the Collapse icon to open the Input accordion or the Output accordion

3. identify the file to publish and click on the relevant icon; alternatively, the user can select the item "Publish a dataset" from the menu "Actions" available both in the details of the Dashboard and in the action bar of the details view of the project.

4. after the click, the system shows a wizard composed of two areas:

a description section (if foreseen)


and the list of Dataset

 

5. you have to click on the Publish icon in correspondence of the dataset you want to publish. The system requires you to fill in two fields:

  • Title: the dataset title (mandatory)
  • Description: a description of the dataset file

You have to click on Publish button to complete the procedure. The system shows you an informative popup.
